random musings for a Monday
Life has thrown a curve ball at me. But none of it really seems blogworthy. But to let you all know I'm still alive, I give you this post...a la a random list.
- Amara's sick. Her whole school is sick. This morning she had a 103.3 fever. I'm told by other moms tht I can expect the fever to hang around for four to seven days. What?!?! Doesn't this virus know I got stuff to do?
- I ran for 35 minutes during my Team Challenge group run Sunday. To think three weeks ago I couldn't get through half a mile, I'm seriously really proud! BTW, did I mention I'm taking donations? :)
- Amara's manicure is chipping. And now she's bumming and begging for a trip to the salon. High maintenance at its best.
- I've been meaning to post this for awhile now. During Aunt2Amara's baby shower, Amara decided to share her digits with a boy. Even at age 5, that girl is working it.

My daughter is sick too and hoping it's the tail end. 7 days seems like a looong time. I hope she feels better quickly.
