small victory
I walked to the mailbox today. Hooray!
I noticed three things.
- I hurt after walking just a few feet down the driveway.
- I look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame, hundled in pain.
- It's freaking cold outside.

Don't let the cold stop you. Keep moving forward... baby steps...
Yeah, it is DEFINITELY cold outside! When I went to walk my dog last night I wore longjohns, sweatpants, blue jeans, a turtle neck, two sweatshirts, a ski jacket, a hat, mittens, a scarf, and boots! I was basically just waddling along in the snow behind my dog... and I was STILL FREEZING!
